Chief Olatunji Durosinmi-Etti
Chief 'Tunji Durosinmi-Etti is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, alongside an M.Sc. in Banking and International Finance from City University Business School, London.
With over 40 years of experience spanning finance, management consultancy, accounting, banking, and downstream/upstream oil & gas, Chief 'Tunji is a highly respected entrepreneur known for his integrity and strategic acumen.

Chief Ibiyemi Durosinmi-Etti
Ibiyemi graduated with honors in B.A Economics and French from Northeastern University Boston, Mass. USA. She obtained her Graduate Diploma in Banking from American Institute of Banking, Boston Mass. USA.
Ibiyemi, has over 40 years work experience in banking, Oil & Gas trading, real estate and general management garnered across the United States of America, Europe and Africa. Her wealth of experience in business management has positively impacted the dramatic growth of the company.

Kofoworola Durosinmi-Etti
Kofoworola holds a B.A. in Economics & Politics from the University of Sheffield and an M.Sc. in Development & Planning from University College London. An Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), she has worked as a Finance Analyst with Cisco Systems and as a Business Planning and Analysis Analyst at Citibank London.
Kofoworola’s leadership and global perspective enhance Swift Oil’s growth, ensuring financial rigor and strategic foresight.

Dapo Durosinmi-Etti
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Dapo holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Japanese from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. His experience covers International Audit & Business Advisory with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Bank of America Merrily Lynch, both leading institutions in the United Kingdom.

Stillian Mitakev
Stilian Mitakev has more than 30 years of experience in the airline industry, commodity trading, and oil and gas. He oversees the group’s operations, including depot management and product and vessel sourcing.
Stilian studied Mathematics and International Trade at the Higher Institute for Economics in Sofia, Bulgaria, and has managed Swift Oil’s portfolio with a balance sheet exceeding ₦25 billion.

Kolawole Clay
Kolawole Clay is a distinguished legal expert with over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas and maritime sectors. He earned an LL.B. from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and was called to the bar in 1983.
As Swift Oil’s Company Secretary, Kolawole provides strategic legal counsel, leveraging his experience with top-tier companies to support the company’s global outlook.

Riliwan Anifowoshe
Rilwan Anifowoshe is a seasoned finance and energy sector executive with over 35 years of experience in finance, investment management, administration, supply chain management, and petroleum operations. He has held several leadership positions across the Nigerian oil and gas industry, with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic investments, operations management, and business administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Langston University, Oklahoma, USA, and an MBA in Finance from St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas, USA. Throughout his career, he has served in various senior management roles, including Depot Manager at the Pipelines and Products Marketing Company (PPMC), Head of Materials Management and Procurement at the Nigerian Gas Company (NGC), Manager of Special Investments at NNPC, Acting General Manager, Finance, and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Petrojam Nigeria Limited.

Adeola is a distinguished graduate of Chemical and Polymer Engineering, boasting a stellar track record as a dynamic and goal-oriented executive with over 12 years of extensive experience in the downstream oil and gas industry. Throughout his career, he has displayed a remarkable journey of advancement, ascending from a role as an Operations Executive to his current position as Managing Director.
With his profound knowledge of the downstream oil and gas landscape and a keen eye for emerging opportunities, Adeola continues to elevate his company to new heights of success while making a significant impact on the industry as a whole.
