Our journey
Swift Oil Nigeria Limited was incorporated under Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission and commenced operations in April 2003. Fully licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), our business spans petroleum product marketing, storage, and distribution. Over the years, we have built a reputation for excellence, bolstered by cutting-edge technology and adherence to global standards.

2002 - Launch
Swift Oil began its journey with a vision of delivering exceptional service in the oil and energy sector.
2004 - 50m liters tank farm
Commissioned a 50 million-litre tank farm to boost petroleum product storage capacity.
2008 - 25mmcf/day gas processing facility acquisition
Acquired 25mmcf/day gas processing facility in Kwale, Delta State.
2012 - Reached $201.26 million annual turnover
Reached an annual turnover of NGN32 billion ($201.26 million), demonstrating remarkable growth and strong market presence.
2014 - Acquired upstream company Chorus Energy
Acquired Chorus Energy, a leading upstream oil and gas company, strengthening Swift Oil's position in the energy sector and expanding its operational capabilities.
2020 - Present
Expanded capacity in the oil and gas service delivery through the launch of a network of filling stations and pipelines for product distribution.
