Adeola Isikalu
Adeola Isikalu is a seasoned energy and commercial executive with over 15 years of experience across the downstream oil and gas industry, with proven expertise in business development, commercial management, gas commercialisation, petroleum trading, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement. A graduate of Chemical Engineering, Adeola began his professional career as an Operations Executive and has progressed through increasingly senior commercial and leadership roles, building a strong track record of delivering business growth and creating value across the energy value chain. His professional expertise encompasses gas supply and offtake arrangements, petroleum product trading, commercial negotiations, supply chain management, market development, contract management and regulatory engagement. He has successfully led strategic commercial initiatives involving the development of supply relationships, negotiation of commercial agreements, strategic partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities.
Adeola holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom. His combination of technical training, commercial acumen and extensive industry experience enables him to navigate complex energy markets while identifying and converting emerging opportunities into sustainable business value. He currently serves as Head of Commercial at Chorus Energy Limited, where he provides strategic leadership across commercial strategy, business development, gas marketing, contract management, stakeholder engagement and growth initiatives.
As Managing Director of Swift Oil, Adeola brings to the organisation a strong blend of technical knowledge, commercial insight and strategic leadership, with a clear focus on building sustainable partnerships, strengthening market position and delivering long-term value to customers, partners and stakeholders. His leadership philosophy is anchored on three principles: identifying opportunity, creating value and delivering results.

Oluwaseyi Siemon
Oluseyi is a qualified accountant and holds fellow membership of both ACCA (UK) and ICAN(Nigeria). Recently, he has been elected to the associate membership of the ACMA and CGMA. He has a bachelor’s degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes Universityand a master’s degree in financial economics from the prestigious Univer-sity of London. Oluseyi Simeon has more than 28 years of professional experience spanning industries such as banking and financial services, oil and gas, marine logistics, and consulting. Oluseyi Simeon manages the finance, treasury, and commercial functions of Chorus Energy Limited, a group member of Swift Oil Limited.
Senior Manager Account
Lukman Taiwo
Lukman is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 13 years of post-qualification experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Lagos, is a Chartered Accountant, and an A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He has spent 13 years with Swift Oil Limited, where he gained extensive experience in financial accounting, taxation, financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and financial controls.
Lukman was also a key member of the Finance Team that implemented the SAGE Accounting Package currently in use by Swift Oil Limited. His involvement included supporting the establishment of accounting processes, system configuration, financial reporting structures, and controls to improve the efficiency and reliability of the Company's financial operations.
He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong competencies in financial management, tax compliance, management reporting, internal controls, audit management, and accounting systems implementation. He is recognised for his professionalism, integrity, analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong financial management expertise.
Cost Management Accountant
Gbenga Olorunfemi
Olorunfemi Festus Gbenga is a seasoned finance professional with over 21 years of experience in accounting, financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance, predominantly within the oil and gas industry.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) credentials that underscore his technical depth, ethical grounding, and mastery of financial governance.
His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, internal controls, audit coordination, and corporate accounting. He has consistently delivered accurate financial insights, strengthened control systems, and supported strategic decision-making across complex, highly regulated operational environments.
Currently serving as Project Accountant at Chorus Energy Limited, he oversees accounting operations, ensures tax and regulatory compliance, coordinates audits, and provides management with timely financial intelligence to drive business performance.

Mariam Abdulahi
Mariam Abdullahi is a Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with over a decade of experience across the Banking, Oil & Gas, Fintech, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors. She specializes in Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, HR Technology, Corporate
Governance, and Business Process Improvement. Mariam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) and Certified Strategy Professional (CSP). Mariam’s professional experience includes Process Improvement initiatives at Amni International Petroleum Company, Human Resources Business Partner roles at United Bank for Africa (UBA), and Organizational Development and Project Management roles at Aiteo Eastern Exploration and Production Company Limited. Mariam currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Chorus Energy Limited, where she leads human capital strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation initiatives across the Group.
Coporate Services Manager
Abu George
Abu George is a seasoned legal and commercial executive with over 22 years of experience across the upstream oil and gas sector, financial services, and diversified industries. He brings deep expertise in commercial contracting, Litigation, project finance, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. He holds an LL.M in Oil and Gas (Upstream) from the University of Aberdeen, an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan, and is a Barrister-at-Law of the Nigerian Law School. He has also completed executive programmes in corporate governance and energy law.
Throughout his career, George has held senior roles with Azikel Group, Vita Veritas LLP, Oiltest Services Nigeria Limited, and Total Nigeria Plc. He has successfully led complex commercial negotiations, project finance transactions, and corporate restructuring initiatives including playing a key role in the development of the Azikel Modular Refinery project.
Currently, as Corporate Services Manager for the Swift Oil Group, he oversees legal, regulatory, and governance functions, providing strategic advisory to management and the Board while ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational alignment across the business.
Information Technology Manager
Olabisi Mabawonku
Olabisi Mabawonku is an Information Technology professional with over 16 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, technology governance, and enterprise systems management. Shepossesses extensive expertise in cloud computing, ERP implementation, cybersecurity and business continuity.
She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University (LASU).
She is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Throughout her career, she has led technology transformation initiatives across the banking, financial services, energy, and oil and gas sectors, including cloud migration, Microsoft 365 deployment, ERP implementation, cybersecurity enhancement, and IT governance programmes.
She currently serves as Information Technology Manager at Chorus Energy Limited, where she provides strategic leadership for technology operations, cybersecurity, business continuity, and technology governance in support
of the company's operational and growth objectives.

Olufemi Oluyede
Femi Oluyede is an Audit, Risk, and Finance professional with over 15 years of experience spanning the banking and oil & gas sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in internal audit, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, financial controls, taxation, corporate governance, and process improvement.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ekiti State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Certified Data Analyst with strong capabilities in data analytics, financial reporting, and risk assessment.
Throughout his career, he has held key positions with Ecobank Nigeria Limited, Aiteo Eastern Exploration and Production Company Limited, and Swift Oil Group, where he has led audit reviews, compliance programmes, risk management initiatives, tax administration, and operational improvement projects. Notably, he developed enterprise risk management frameworks, enhanced audit effectiveness, and strengthened internal control systems across multiple business operations.
He currently serves as Audit Manager at Chorus Energy, where he is responsible for internal audit, risk management, compliance monitoring, governance reviews, and control assurance across the Group's diverse business portfolio.

Omogbemi Kikelomo is a graduate with B.A in Agricultural Economics and Extention, Masters in Business Administration and a full member of Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management. She has 12 years experience in Oil and gas. She is presently the Administrative Manager that oversees office operations,supervises support staff and manages company resources to keep workflows efficient.

Taiwo Ahmed is an oil and gas professional with over 8 years of progressive experience in the downstream sector. His expertise spans Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Depot Operations, Business Operations, Inventory Management, Community Relations, and Stakeholder Engagement.
He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Lagos State University and an M.Sc. in Community Development and Social Work from the University of Lagos. He is a Full Member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (Chartered).
Taiwo joined Swift Oil Ltd in 2018 as Depot Stock Accountant and has steadily risen through the ranks—serving as Business Operations Supervisor, Assistant Depot Manager, and currently as Government Relations Manager, where he leads the company's engagements with government institutions and regulatory agencies. His prior experience includes community welfare and social development roles with the Ogun State Ministry of Women Affairs.

Awolesi Ademola
Ademola has a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, and an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria. He has over 20 years’ work experience in depot and safety operations with an Advanced Petroleum/HSE Certificate and is a member of the National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NISCN).
He previously worked as an Operations Officer at Lister Oil, Terminal Operations Officer at Oando Plc, Gantry Supervisor at Aiteo Energy, Depot Manager at T-Time Petroleum, Product Manager at First Royal Oil & Gas, and Depot Manager at Swift Oil Limited, and is currently the Senior Manager Depot Operations at Swift Oil Limited.
